Retiree Eligibility: Requirements and Rules
To be eligible for the Medicare Supplement/Medicare HMO Plan, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
  1. Age. You must be age 65 or older, or otherwise be eligible for Medicare.
  2. Enrollment. You must be enrolled in both Parts A and B of Medicare.
  3. Retirement. You must have met the eligibility requirements for Retired Plan A, Retired Plan B, Retired Plan C, or the Early Retiree Plan previously described.
