| Medicare Plan Overview |
| You, your spouse and dependents who have attained
the age of 65 or who are otherwise eligible for Medicare must enroll in
both Parts A and B of Medicare as a prerequisite to enrolling in one of
the Medicare Supplement/Medicare HMO Plans offered by the Harrison Trust.
Currently, the Medicare Supplement/ Medicare HMO Plans offered are Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Secure Horizons, Preferred Choice 65, BlueCross Companion Plan F, First Choice 65, Providence Medicare, MedAdvantage, Providence Compaion Plan F, and ClearChoice. You must reside in the service area to choose one of these plans. Upon request, the Harrison Trust will make available to you a copy of these plans for review. |
