A&I provides online access to your various accounts. Click on the type of account you wish to view and follow the log in prompts to access your secure individual information.

Online Claims and Benefit Information

A&I Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc., and your health plan are pleased to announce a new and improved on-line health plan information portal. This comprehensive, user-friendly portal allows participants to view eligibility, claims history, deductibles met, electronic EOB's, as well as update account profiles, request a new ID card and print a temporary ID card.

This new site will provide you with the same information you’re used to, but through a new interface and with additional features we’re sure you’ll like.

Follow the instructions for first time users below in order to begin the account application process.

Getting Started
First Time Users

First Time Users
To access your information follow these simple steps:
    1. Click on My Account Link
    2. Click on First Time User?
    3. Click Employee/Insured within the pull down

You will come to a screen where you will be asked to enter the following required personal information for automated account setup:

  • Member First Name
  • Member Last Name
  • Date of birth (example: 01/01/1940)
  • Social Security Number

When registering, if you are a member of more than one group you will need to know your 12 digit alternate ID number. If the system prompts you to enter your 12 digit alternate ID number please refer to your ID Card (example below).

You would want to enter a 12 digit alternate ID number by using the numbers on your card in addition to adding zero's.

EXAMPLE: ID number off of card: 1234567

This is how you would enter the 12 digit alternate ID number into the registration screen: 012340056700

First five digits of Alternate ID: Zero precedes first four digits of ID number: 01234

Digits six through ten of Alternate ID are: 01567

Digits eleven through twelve: Example for Employee = 00 (00-Employee, 01-Spouse, 02-Dependent1)

Alternate ID: 012340056700

The verification process is done at the time of registration. When registration has been completed, you will get a message at the end of registration stating your account has been successfully created. You can access your account by logging in using your user id and password you've created. Online Demographics and Contributions History

A&I Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc. and your health plan are pleased to be able to provide you with online health plan information. Our online resources provide you with access to your benefit plan information, including:

  • Viewing your demographic information
  • Contributions history
  • Beneficiary information
  • Flex Plan information

First Time Users:

To access your account information, please follow these simple steps:

1. Click on Access My Account
2. Log in using your Social Security Number (You can safely enter your entire Social Security Number via our secure server).
3. Click the box to request your PIN (Personalized Identification Number)

Your PIN will be mailed to you within one (1) week. You will not be able to view your information until you have received your PIN.

You will not be able to personalize your PIN number, you must use the PIN number you receive in the mail.  Should you lose your PIN number please repeat the PIN request processes and a new PIN number will be sent to you within 1 business week.
