The Harrison Electrical Workers Trust Fund Retired Employee Benefit Plan offers the following wellness program to retirees. Click on the tabs for more detailed program information. This benefit is also available to retirees and their spouses enrolled in Kaiser Permanente and Providence Open Option.

Wellness Program Covered Preventive Care

These benefits are payable under the guidelines set forth in the Trust Medical Plan and Trust Dental Plan.

Annual pap and pelvic examination;
Annual breast examination;
Annual mammogram;
Annual prostate examination;
Well-baby exams for the first three years;
Immunizations; and
Dental exams and fluoride treatment allowed twice per calendar year;
