Wellness Program
The Harrison Electrical Workers Trust Fund Retired Employee Benefit Plan offers the following wellness program to retirees. Click on the tabs for more detailed program information. This benefit is also available to retirees and their spouses enrolled in Kaiser Permanente and Providence Open Option.

Wellness Program Eligibility

You must be eligible for coverage under the Trust at the time of testing. If you are enrolled in Kaiser and Providence Open Option, you are eligible for the wellness program.

You and your spouse will be eligible for exams based on age and risk factors, such as:

  1. Diabetes;
  2. Tobacco use;
  3. Overweight;
  4. Poor exercise habits;
  5. High blood pressure;
  6. High cholesterol; and
  7. Family history of heart disease/stroke.
